For the production of solvent recovery tanks, we always strictly abide by the ASME design standards and manufacturing requirements.

We have a professional team of designers. 

For every design condition proposed by customers, we will confirm the thickness of the required  extraction tank materials through the designers' calculations before production. 

After the design of the extraction tank is confirmed, standardized drawings will be drawn and sent to them for confirmation. 

The final production will be based on the production drawings to ensure that each process is accurate, error-free and clear.

During the extraction tank production process, we will update the progress pictures to ensure the transparency and accuracy of product quality.

After the extraction tank is completed, confirm the ASME nameplate information and the installation location.

Before packaging, a water pressure test is conducted first, followed by running water cleaning.

Finally, it is packed with cotton and brushed film and placed in wooden cases, waiting for shipment.
